No, our units are not climate controlled. The walls of our units are not insulated, the roof of our units is insulated to prevent condensation. This does make our unit price lower than climate-controlled storage units. We are not ideal for antiques but very nice for household items.
Contracts are month to month. We offer discounts for longer contracts. We will prorate your first month if it is after the first of the month. If it is after the 15th of the month, we will charge you for the rest of the the current month and the following month.
We accept CASH, CHECK, DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD. We also offer online bill pay so you can manage your account online. This allows you to see your current bill, billing history, and print invoices. We also offer auto-pay to have your rent deducted at the first of the month.
No. We charge an administration fee for a high-security disc lock when you sign your contract.
No. We do not offer that service. We do have security lighting on the outside of the units and some convenience outlets spread throughout the facility for you to use while you are moving in or out.
